Pain Treatment Centers of America
When GWL began its partnership with Pain Treatment Centers of America (PTCOA), it was a growing group with only four locations and faced with a unique challenge. We needed to build awareness around major procedures and simultaneously match those procedures to the solutions patients seek, while continually growing their brand.
GWL determined that the best way to accomplish this was through the adoption of an aggressive digital strategy and in-depth persona and audience development. Using digital channels like the PTCOA blog, to educate patients about pain management and expectations. GWL has successfully created brand affinity by showcasing patient testimonials and physician spotlights, making it possible to expand the PTCOA brand and positively impact market perceptions. So far, this effort in partnership with PTCOA's internal efforts, this facility has grown to service patiends in eight locations, a ninth to be added in 2019.
