GWL Advertising launched a new website for Arkansas Asset Protection Group. Within just a few short weeks after launch, the website is already showing incredible results and increasing leads for the firm.
Last month GWL Advertising launched a new digital presence for Arkansas Asset Protection Group (AAPG), a law firm specializing in helping families protect their savings when a loved one must move into a nursing home.
We’re thrilled about the launch because this project was rooted in understanding the needs of a very specific type of buyer going through a very difficult time in their life.
AAPG came to us looking to freshen up their brand identity and to increase their monthly leads. We conducted an extensive research and discovery phase, which included analyzing the firm's local competition, understanding its sales cycle from end to end, and sitting down for one-on-one interviews with customers.
Some of the insights we gained at the end of this process:
- Customers enter the sales process with extreme emotions. Ultimately, they’re looking for peace of mind.
- While Medicaid is too complex for most people, a desire exists in customers to keep up and stay educated.
- A customer's feeling of success is attributed to their relationship with the staff.
With these three insights in mind, we developed a site strategy that aimed to:
- Instill confidence and peace through copy and design choices.
- Provide helpful resources for customers looking for more information.
- Showcase the individual members of AAPG.
We completely redesigned AAPG's website. Our team developed a new sitemap, including the creation of a Helpful Resources section where AAPG can publish helpful content, overhauled the brand's look and feel with new colors and font styles, and wrote completely new website copy to describe the firm's business and core values.
We also shot all the photography on the website and built a calculator tool for potential customers to estimate their savings when choosing AAPG.
We launched the site on September 26, 2018, and during the intervening time, we have seen the following when compared to the previous period:
